1.2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India.
1.3. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
1.4. Product Information: We strive to be as accurate as possible in the description of products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Platform are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2. Ordering and Payment
2.1. Order Confirmation: All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by rvazone.in.
2.2. Pricing and Availability: Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
2.3. Payment Security: All payments processed on the Platform are handled by secure third-party payment gateways. rvazone.in does not store your financial details.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.
3.2. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Platform passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
3.3. Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
4. 🚫 No Return and No Exchange Policy (Strictly Enforced)
4.1. Policy Statement: Due to the nature of our products and operational policies, rvazone.in maintains a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.
4.2. Final Sale: All sales made on the Platform are considered final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:
* Change of mind.
* Ordering the wrong size, color, or item.
* Dislike of the product after receipt.
* Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings or photography.
4.3. Exceptions (Damaged/Defective Goods ONLY):
* The only exception to the No Return/No Exchange policy is for products that arrive damaged or defective during transit.
* If you receive a product that is demonstrably damaged or defective, you must notify us via email at [Insert Support Email Here, e.g., support@rvazone.in] within 24 hours of delivery.
* This notification must include clear, unedited photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect and the original packaging.
* Upon verification, rvazone.in, at its sole discretion, may offer a replacement of the same item if available. No refunds will be provided. If a replacement is not available, a store credit of the product's value may be issued.
* Items reported after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for replacement.
4.4. Proof of Purchase: All requests under the damaged/defective exception must be accompanied by the original order number/proof of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. Copyright: All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of rvazone.in or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. rvazone.in will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased from the Platform.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1. We reserve the right to make changes to our Platform, policies, and these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
